Functional Developer Tester Tech Support Project Management (Start ASAP)

Develop and enhance platform features, provide analytics, IT operations, technical support, and project management in Manila.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop new features or products with the Development Team.
• Maintain and enhance current features and functionalities.
• Configure business processes based on defined requirements.
• Turn information into action through analytics-based solutions.
• Develop business insights using analytical tools.
• Integrate systems and data effectively.
• Construct and execute test scripts.
• Document and report system errors during testing.
• Administered and maintained clients’ IT systems infrastructure.
• Support incident identification and resolution activities.
• Deliver timely responses and resolutions for customer support inquiries.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
• Assist customers with setup and optimization of RTC services.
• Enable effective program management for Technology Delivery.
• Support projects by managing project management office activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Open to any course; Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is an advantage.
• Willingness to be trained in programming languages.
• Interest in configuring and enhancing system features.
• Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, or related course for analytics roles.
• Interest in Data Science and reports.
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related course for software testing.
• Interest in software testing and quality assurance.
• Graduate of Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related course for IT operations.
• Interest in IT systems, servers, network, and Cloud support.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or similar for technical support roles.
• At least 2 years of support experience in a BPO setting.
• Basic understanding of DNS, email delivery, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with PaaS or SaaS is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome for project management roles.
• Graduate of Business-related courses or related field.
• At least one year of office work experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Amenability to work in Manila office locations.
