Salary Details
- Job type Work from Home Contract/ Permanent
- 2.58lacs to 3lacs LPA
- Zeta Meal Card INR 1100 Per month i.e. 13,200/- PA
- Night Shift Allowance INR 150/Night
- Overtime Allowance as per company policy
- Internet Reimbursement Up to INR 1,250 Per month
- Desktop Provided by Amazon for Work
- Five days working
- Rotational Shifts
- Each employee and their dependents (Spouse and 2 Children) are covered up to Rs.500,000 under the floater benefit scheme
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a resident of Kolkata
- Minimum qualification should be 10 + 2
- Comfortable working on a 24/7 shift (Include Night Shifts) with excellent English communication skills.

- Familiarity with a variety of Device Platforms (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Mobiles, Gaming consoles, Streaming devices) and Digital Services (Videos, Music, Apps, Video Games, streaming content, Cloud Storage) and associated technical terminologies
- In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies (Devices / Connectivity / Types)
- Working knowledge of all kinds of mobile and computer OS ( Mac / iOS / Windows )
- Ability to translate complex technical information/instructions into a simple language that would ensure seamless troubleshooting
- Basic awareness about Amazons Devices and Digital Services (Subscriptions)
- Awareness of latest trends and developments in the technology industry
- Technically inclined with a drive to challenge existing processes and innovate
