Your responsibilities
Assists the BCM Head and the BCM Officers in the implementation of BCM processes and other initiatives of the BCM Unit.
Coordinates with the Functional BCM and BCP Coordinators in the annual review of BCM documents such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment for Business Continuity (RABCon), and Business Recovery Plans (BRPs), and on the required annual JOB DESCRIPTION BCP and IT DR test exercises, and monitors its completion for assigned Functional / Business Areas.
Performs ocular inspection of the Business Recovery Sites and other BCM resources regularly to ensure that they are ready for use in times of emergencies.
Performs the retrieval and safekeeping of logical keys, both at the primary and at the secondary site, including the annual inventory and reconciliation of these logical keys.
Conduct BCM awareness training and appreciation programs to assigned BCM/BCP Coordinators of Functional / Business areas.

About you
Bachelor’s Degree in business-related courses, Banking and Finance, or Information Technology
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Lotus Smart Suite, etc.)
Knowledge of technology-related processes and standards
Effective oral and communication skills
