Your responsibilities
Checks the availability of daily VDRNets Reports
Regularly updates the database on monitored system problems, lifting of posting restrictions, and other GL/ Eproc reports.
Handles ICO maintenance, lifting of posting restrictions for HO units under ‘EPF’ cics, and upload of GL entries coming from Operating Units to GL Walker.
Handles maintenance in various Eproc system tables (MTA, Val, 085, 09D, and Tax Tables).
Prepare accounting tickets to regularize suspense, rejected entries, system errors, etc.
Performs month-end processing activities such as translation, ADB checking, generation of recurring entries, and 3rd banking day upload of entries.
BPI has a wide array of training programs and activities. These programs range from the new employee orientation and values orientation workshops for new hires.
Officers training programs - which initiate new officers into their leadership roles.
Sales officers training programs - advanced leadership programs for officers.
Courses on financial advisory, and programs designed to help employees comply with regulatory requirements, among others.

About you
Bachelor's Degree, Graduate of Accounting or Computer-related course.
Fresh Graduate.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Basic computer applications with the idea of banking operations and processes.
Computer literate.
Good Communication skills both oral and written.
Documentation skills.
