We understand that life happens outside of work and sometimes your schedule needs to shift. We offer flexible working arrangements to ensure you stay connected to your team and committed to your clients while also managing your personal responsibilities. 

Our Flexible working policy allows you to work your core hours between 10am – 3pm. Where you choose to work the remainder of your hours is up to you. We also don’t believe in working more than a 37.5-hour week. However, if you are ever required to work more than these hours then BDO Wellington will pay you for any overtime hours.

If this sounds like the type of workplace you want to be part of then we want to hear from you! As this is a graduate level position, we are looking for people who are studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

We have opportunities available in our Audit and Assurance Services, Taxation Services and Business Advisory Services teams. It’s OK if you’re not sure what service line you are most interested in just yet, once you have met with us and found out a bit more about the different areas in the business, you will be able to make an informed decision.
