Our Intern programme launches in November 2025 and will include a first week of induction and learning, a rotation across the business in Tax, Audit and Business Advisory and end with the final week focused on a strategic innovation project.

Pros
The culture at BDO is great, as there are lots of different social activities that you can participate in throughout the year.
The support provided by the people around me.
Flexitime works well for me...start earlier in the day...and leave at a good time to still have time after work.
Many learning opportunities, consistent training, on-time feedback, and encouragement."
The office here is very big and has heaps of facilities available such as a coffee machine, multiple microwaves, fridges, and toastie makers.
Cons
Workflow inconsistencies—being light on work.
Sometimes it felt as if there wasn't enough training before getting thrown into it.
Small office space on busy days.
Time feels a little micromanaged.
Office temperature is never right.
