The full-time Analyst Program is a multi-year experiential journey designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRockโs mission, principles and purpose. The program begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities โ all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.
Following orientation, Analysts join their business area and stay connected with colleagues across the globe through ongoing training and professional development. This program offers Analysts the chance to have a lasting impact on the firm and contribute to our greater collective purpose to help more and more people experience financial well-being.

Eligibility:
Candidates must have graduated or be graduating from an undergraduate or master's degree program between November 2023 through December 2024. We welcome applications from candidates studying any degree subject.
The portfolio analysis and solutions team provides portfolio construction and risk consulting services to help clients build efficient portfolios that can meet their objectives. My day to day responsibilities include running analysis on portfolios and preparing presentations for client engagements, thought pieces and educational campaigns.
I'm 3 months into my first rotation in Client Business. The job varies a lot day-to-day and I enjoy this variety! My manager is super helpful, even thorugh the transition to WFH. I work in the COO function within client busienss which is the busienss management side. This role supports and works with the institutional and wealth side of distribution which has been a great learning experience.
