What You’ll Achieve

Foster strong relationship and enable, train Partner Sales & presales teams in cooperation with the PSE on getting the Partner Ready to Sell on the ISG portfolio. Execute global Sales plays / initiatives to augment pipeline on specific LOBs. Assist with Demand Gen in coop with the core sellers and Partner with configuration and quoting support – engage Specialty when required.

You will

  • Discuss technical users'/buyers' key business outcomes and apply Dell Technologies portfolio using a high degree of technical competency
  • Engage the partner and create opportunities (demand generation) through the execution of Data Center Sales specific sales. Play to increase industry share with new & existing markets
  • Own the Data Center Velocity business sales motion including but not limited to architecting, quoting, customer consultation and closing of these opportunities
  • Train partners on the partner facing tools (e.g. OSC, Sizing tools) and demo equipment
  • Provide support to partners for them to achieve successful and timely completion of their ISG Sales / Presales accreditation cursus
  • Coach enablement of internal sales teams on Tools, Products and solutions
  • Actively participate to core 4 planning and coordination initiatives (technical account planning, partner development action plan assessment/execution)
  • Act as internal technical POC - answers day to day technical configuration / compatibility questions and helps solve post sales concerns to trigger Partner Preference

Essential Requirements

  • An in-depth understanding of Dell Technologies ISG Portfolio
  • Should have the ability to have end to end solution conversations with Partners & deliver enablement sessions for them.
  • Strong relationship building ability with peers & Partners.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written. Good presentation skills.
  • Execution focus, good analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. .

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in a technical pre-sales role is a must
  • Openness to work for night shifts
