Your role

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for Drafting & Processing Rates confirmations on daily basis.
• Prioritise the trade /confirmation based on the trade/arrival date.
• The bank is committed to maintaining its confirmation dispatch rate at a high level, ensuring to maintain it.
• Responsible for understanding clients’ needs from an operational perspective.
• Ensure all processing-related queries are responded to timely.
• Follow Escalation Matrix/ Ensure timely Escalations and keep all stakeholders aware of the Issues in the process and avoid any adverse impact on the business.
• Timely response to all client’s queries.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process controls and guidelines including compliance and legal.
• Maintain Quality and completeness as required by the business.
• Maintain professional relationships with team and customers.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 3.5 Lakhs to INR 4.2 Lakhs. (Source: Glassdoor). Deutsche Bank provides the following benefits.

About you

• Knowledge of German language - Minimum requirement B2.2 or equivalent
• Knowledge of Rates asset class and drafting of structured confirmations will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in all Shifts
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to work on M.S. Office Suite
