Your role

Responsibilities:

  • Escalating to the Front Office for unsettled trades as per the escalation matrix.
  • Preparation of daily and monthly reports for outstanding trades/breaks on a timely basis.
  • Preparation of monthly KPI and Give up fees report.
  • Ensure team adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLA.
  • Ensure that all queries/first-level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified.
  • Ensure healthy and harmonious relationships with the clients, partner teams as well as own team

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role will be (Excluding service fees and GST) INR 5.04 Lakhs (Source: Deutsche)

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to Equity and Bonds is preferable.
  • Understanding of Trade life cycle
  • Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
