It will certainly take motivation and some good hard work - but the idea of career progression is highly encouraged.

Generally perform well and get good feedback from the client and you'll move up the ranks. Graduate -> Associate seems automatic with it happening earlier depending on performance. Associate -> Consultant requires around 3years experience. From there to senior is different however requires a lot more stringent requirements.

Promoting for grads is on a time frame not on how well your doing / did

I'm quite content with the promotion possibilities and have clearly defined roles with my manager. I'm able to differentiate the key aspects that separates an associate consultant vs. consultant.

Can progress from Graduate Consultant to Associate in a year. Not sure about additional progression possibilities.
