I have not seen anyone at work discriminated against for any reason. The workforce appears to be fairly diverse with loads of different people with unique backgrounds.

FMA's flexibility in terms of hours and working from home seems particularly positive for those with children. The Wellington office was probably one of the less ethnically diverse offices I have worked in but people tended to be inclusive.
