What Does a Service Specialist Do?

As a Service Specialist, you will:

  • Customer Advice: Provide guidance to existing customers and business partners on all aspects of loans post-settlement.
  • Correspondence Production: Generate customer correspondence and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Career Progression: Gain opportunities to advance into roles in lending/product, settlements, credit, or small business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice and support to clients regarding their loans.
  • Produce and manage customer communications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details.

What Do You Need?

  • Full Australian working rights โ€“ Australian/NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
  • Degree qualification or higher within the past 3 years.
  • Achieved a credit average (65%) or higher.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong team orientation and capability.
