We have a once in a lifetime opportunity in our Graduate Programme for either a Graduate Engineer or a Business/Commerce Graduate to join our Auckland Metro Programme (AMP) project team in Auckland.

Based at our offices in Auckland Mt Wellington/ Ellerslie, this will be a 2-year programme to help you gain different skills and develop as a professional.

As a Graduate within AMP, you will be directly supporting our strong and diverse multi-discipline project team to deliver a better rail network for passengers and freight customers. 

About the role:

  • Rotate through different teams and project stages within AMP
  • Assist with project work as determined by your manager relating to your qualification, based on the needs of the business
  • Provide generalist support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the team to assist with project concepts, design and implementation

What will you need?

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business/Commerce
  • Have recently graduated (within the last two years) or be graduating this year
  • Be excited about and talented in design work and CAD drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A curious, proactive, and innovative mindset
  • Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
