People Engagement and Development Intern

What you will do :

• Execute development and engagement program
• Develop and implements employee branding strategy to attract candidates
• Design content for HR-related to improving brand image LingoTalk as Employer
• Handle social media account LingoTeam (employment branding account)

If you’re:

• A university student preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Social Sciences
• Can-do attitude
• Attention to detail
• The ability to challenge the status quo and work based on data
• Basic knowledge of the development and engagement process
• Preferably can operate any design applications (such as Canva, Figma, et cetera)
