Investment Banking Internship Program

  • The Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program that offers an intensive hands-on introduction to Investment Banking.
  • The program provides broad exposure to various functions across the Investment Banking Division (IBD).
  • Summer Analysts will attend various training sessions designed to facilitate professional development, enhance their skill sets, and increase knowledge of the Firm. 

Training & development 

Training starts with a comprehensive induction day, covering Morgan Stanley's business, structure, and strategy. It emphasizes essential interpersonal skills for transitioning from campus to corporate life. During the internship, summer analysts engage in speaker series, networking, and social, and charitable events. They also present a project to the Investment Banking team, showcasing their work from start to finish, culminating in senior management presentations.
