This year, we are launching another Summer Internship program starting in December 2024 through to March 2025.

Your Internship:

As our new People and Culture Intern, you will have exposure to three areas across the HR team including Business Partnering, Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Acquisition. Some of your projects will include:

  • Supporting the timely deliverable of business partner activities such as end of year processes
  • Supporting Organisational Effectiveness projects
  • Engaging in Talent Acquisition projects

To be successful, we are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, solid communication skills and good time management abilities.

This internship is suitable for someone completing a Business Management/Human Resources Management degree.

This internship will be based in Fortitude Valley, Queensland.

  • Evidence of Australian Citizenship (Passport/Birth certificate) – due to the nature of defence requirements – applicants MUST be Australian citizens
  • Ability to work full-time over the allocated internship period
