You Will

  • Create regular in-depth analysis for incoming trending tickets to Customer Engagement, especially for other OVO business verticals.
  • Communicate and follow up the necessary action item to Business Owner and product as part of process improvement.
  • Work closely with Customer Engagement Ops to implement any process improvement based on the in-depth highlight.

What You Need  

  • Able to operate Microsoft Officer (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with data processing (using excel).
  • Have good analytics skills, fast learner, and am eager to learn new processes.
  • Can commit to a full-time 6 months period of internship.
