Commercial Deployment Expert (Japanese Speaker)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Deployment Expert, Duty-Free who will work in Manila supporting Global Duty-Free and be responsible for deployment activities across the Asian Duty-Free organization.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Regional Duty-Free teams, in terms of commercial planning, customer development, and consumer experience processes and co-pilot them on execution in the markets.
• Responsible for successful change management and retention efforts of shared service initiatives (PMBS).
• Responsible for related parts of Philip Morris Business Solutions in retailer infrastructure projects, core portfolio initiatives, digital task deployment, visual merchandising, and online/offline content management.
• Responsible for Vendor Management.
• Working closely with multi-cultural business teams to support field and management in deployment success.
• Helps the stakeholders understand the shared service business model, value, and value proposition.

Qualifications

• University degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or any related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Maximum 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Fluency in English and Japanese both written and spoken is a must to support the Japanese Market; fluency in either the Chinese or Korean language will be a plus.
• High digital savviness and curiosity toward digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment with strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to combine multi-sourced data to drive business strategy.
• Strong entrepreneurship mindset and strategic thinking.
• Basic understanding of commercial concepts and company processes.
• Solid customer service and detail oriented.
• Well organized and with good knowledge of record-keeping practices.
• Resourceful, self-sufficient, and independent.
