Job Description

  • As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering Business
  • Is able to support an entire business from TC Operations perspective
  • Possesses a deep knowledge of HR policies and People team processes
  • Is able to introduce best practices from the market
  • Possess relevant HR Generalist experience of 5+ years
  • Demonstrate flexibility for completing assigned team and individual tasks in allotted timeframe and within agreed budget.
  • Meet all of the SDC's compliance requirements on a timely basis.
  • Exposure to Workday or other SAP based module
  • Exposure to automation and digital solutions like Alteryx and Tableau

Experience

  • 0-3 years

Qualifications

  • Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards)Industry experience – at least 0-3 relevant years with reputed brands in IT/ ITeS industries
  • Technical Capability – Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.
