As a Risk Advisory Probity Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop the ability to apply fundamental probity skills across public sector processes, progressively able to understand and document probity and internal control systems correctly and much more!  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Applying fundamental probity skills across public sector processes 
  • Developing and understanding the probity principles and applicable policies/requirements 
  • Developing a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic client management tools 
  • Developing an understanding of probity audit activities 
  • Completing allocated tasks in accordance with directions given; and 
  • Maintaining personal documentation (training records, timesheets and expenses) 

About You: 

  • You are currently studying towards or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce, Procurement, Management or Law 
  • Integrity is one of your core values, and you hold yourself and those you work with to a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect 
  • You enjoy client service and helping people achieve their goals 
  • You have strong time management skills and are able to juggle a number of different clients, projects and timelines all concurrently 
  • You are a self-starter, self-motivated and a team player, and you can bring your unique skills and ideas to the table 
  • You are comfortable working with a range of people from different levels and departments of the organisation
