I book a room for a meeting with one of my colleagues to talk about Multicultural Nous – a Nous network for like-minded people to come together and celebrate and promote diversity in the workplace.

Be more involved and join more societies. As an introvert, I often shied away from joining societies which I wish I had the courage to do as it could lead to lifelong connections and experiences.
