Madeleine studied Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws at the University of New South Wales, and is now a government lawyer at Services Australia.

The graduate program set me up for my current role as it taught me how to get out of my comfort zone and try new things.

My favourite part of the graduate program so far has been gaining an understanding of how different parts of the business interact.

Working with great people makes coming to work every day fun and rewarding. Working with great people has elevated my everyday experience as well as allowed me to enjoy the great parts of Diageo such as attending the bar at the office or going away as a team for customer visits. 

This program has really helped in allowing me to try many different things to find the skills that I enjoy and can utilise anywhere.

The most exciting aspect of my job is exposure to cutting-edge technologies that are being developed and tested in the defence industry. The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing my designs implemented, functioning as intended, and improving the overall user experience with a system.
