I’ve had a really great experience in the program and have been well supported on the disability front from the very beginning of the application process all the way through.
I love the problem-solving aspect of my job. Customers will bring me a problem or issue they have and then it is my job to find one or many solutions and then present these to the customer.
One of the goals my manager has set for me is to try and attract new customers to the branch. This can be achieved by calling electricians who live or work in the local area but are yet to have an account.
I have a couple of meetings with Area Managers to review all risks in the Network Risk Register recorded within their Area and work through any required updates. It’s also a good time to have their feedback on the system for future improvements.
