I am responsible for conducting research on sustainability issues and trends, analysing data and information, and providing insights and recommendations to clients.

The best thing about my job is Genpact’s Genome service. I love to learn, I enjoy variety & change, so Genome let’s me upskill in my own time, while working full-time and without attending university classes.

I would describe FMP as an accounting leadership program. The program emphasizes personal growth and leadership training. If you’re looking for a program which is flexible, includes travel and pushes you outside your comfort zone, this program is for you. 

Having the opportunity to work on different projects and with other teams really keeps the work interesting and presents lots of great learning opportunities.

Catherine Priestley knows agriculture first-hand, having grown up helping her parents on their farm in the Central West of NSW. After graduating with a degree in Engineering and Commerce, she now experiences it from a different perspective, working as an Analyst in Macquarie Asset Management’s Agriculture team.
