My favourite part of the day would most definitely be searching for high-quality candidates and speaking to new people on a daily basis.

People are always looking to celebrate success as well as support on those days which can be tough.

In this internship, I’ve especially enjoyed learning about the hiring process, reference checks, and interviewing procedures.   

I found great satisfaction in wrapping up compliance checks for candidates, knowing that we’ve created a chance for them to start their new roles. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a part in someone’s journey to employment, especially given how competitive the job market can be.

Accenture emphasizes work-life balance for their employees, unlike the usual 9-to-5, we aren’t expected to report onsite every day. And in fact, I usually go to the office only about once a month.
