The Graduate Program allows me to see different parts of the business, different operations, different customers and different products.

As a Human Resource Graduate at DHL Supply Chain, there is the opportunity to work in all areas of Human Resources.

As an HR Graduate, I’ve been given an exciting and great opportunity to work alongside the Employee Relations (ER) team during my first rotation.

I find myself doing an array of different activates for those managers who are all within the same life sciences and health care team.
