Your role & responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the correctness and completeness of all merchant creation and maintenance requests, crediting of commissions/sales proceeds, and other related billings, and that same are all processed within a set turn-around time.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of generated QR codes.
Checks the accuracy and completeness of commissions/sales proceeds to merchants versus the Payment Held and Release report.
Verifies accuracy of merchant profile/information such as Merchant IDs (MIDs), SKU IDs, and components of SKU such as Category, Brand, Model, etc. uploaded and maintained in the system for the day.
