Your role
As Merchant Support Staff, you will be responsible for performing various after-sales transactions including but not limited to facilitating and fulfilling customer inquiries and service requests, handling customer disputes and complaints coming from the Case Management System (CMS) and other channels; monitoring post-booking/collateral documents that are safely kept by SBC - Securities Management Unit.
- Monitors and encodes customer inquiries, requests, and complaints from different channels into the Case Management System (CMS) and then routes them to the fulfilling units for the implementation and in compliance with the specified turn-around-time
- Extracts the CMS and updates the CEFU Masterfile daily which is necessary for tracking the requests and preparing reports for regulatory bodies such as BSP, SEC, DTI
- Receives post-dated checks from walk-in clients and at the same time transmits these checks to the CCLD-PDC Management Unit for safekeeping and payment processing
- Handles requests for hold or pull out of check/s for current account status and prepares the Action Request Form (ARF) as a requirement in lodging the request via LOSD Buddy prior to the actual fulfillment of CCLG-PDC Management Unit
- Instructs clients via email and/or call-out as to when they can pick up their requested documents. Conducts positive identification prior to providing the actual advice
- Receives post-booking documents such as insurance and collateral documents from Sales and transmits them to SBC – Securities Management Unit

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- With good written and verbal communication skills
