Your role
As a Merchant Support Specialist you will be responsible to assist all the merchant managers with merchant onboarding activities and picking up tasks that Merchant Operations currently doesn’t cover which includes but is not limited to:
How you'll contribute
- Merchant Support – pre-onboarding (ideally office-based but will report to the office on a schedule until the new normal)
- receiving submitted merchant documents
- assigning or forwarding documents to the merchant manager handling the account
- listing and tracking merchant documents
- routing of submitted documents (must be fully accomplished by the merchant manager) to the different signatories
- safekeeping of all merchant documents
- any other related activities
2. Merchant Support – After Sales (can work from home)
- Tracking all approved merchant accounts
- Generating and sharing a report of approved accounts to the merchant managers for reference, consolidation, and monitoring
- Coordination with the vendor for the deployment of merchant kits (QR kit)
- Any other related activities

About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- With good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Hard-working and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office; Excel proficiency is a must
