Clear pathway to progression within the company

The personal development plan (PDP) is a good tool to help people set goals and move up the ranks, however, this is not very specific to different disciplines within the company (especially if you're not a PC). It is not always transparent in what it takes to make career progression happen.

Good PDP programme

I haven't had any career progression in terms of my role; however, I have had extra responsibilities taken on as I gain more experience.

The graduate program lasts for 2 years. Assessments based on abilities are made to determine whether promotion to an intermediate/senior role is appropriate.
