  • The culture, being so welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable.
  • Flexibility in working location and hours.
  • Lots of support. Friendly staff. Clear communication and leadership pathways.
  • Culture within TPG is friendly and social. Social outings are prioritized to help staff bonding.
  • The workload can be overwhelming at times, however it's great for learning and becoming more knowledgeable in all areas related to the job.
  • Lack of perks.
  • Lack of structure and guidance within the middle management space.
  • Not bad office spaces, some much better than others.
  • There is a lack of transparency around career progression, especially regarding pay bands and what is needed to move from one level to the next.

Amazing culture, everyone is very welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable, willing to help, answer questions. Can't say anything but positive for all areas of culture within work hours and after. Super social bunch.

TPG are inclusive yet are a relatively 'white' company and it's hard to propose te reo initiatives/te reo is not used or encouraged nearly as much as it should be.

Great office location, space and facilities with close by cafes and gym integrated into the building. Nice view of Auckland while working.

As a grad you are on grad salary—even if you progress past graduate level work. TPG pay considerably lower than some other companies for the same positions.

Company is very flexible with hours. I work 32/week and can move them around. Works on a trust model.
