Culture within TPG is friendly and social Social outings are prioritized to help staff bonding Limited hierarchy- meaning all managers (even CEO) are warm and approachable

The culture and socialisation within the office is good, wellbeing is held to a high standard. However, in terms of work, there is a lack of structure and guidance from the management team and work is not always prioritised. i.e. it is not clear who you are supposed to report to with questions or feedback etc.
