Clear structure regarding pay 6monthly reviews for graduates
Graduate, Queenstown - 20 Aug 2024
not bad, not great. As a grad you are on grad salary - even if you progress past graduate level work. If someone were to join the company with a similar amount of experience but were not on the grad programme, their salary is likely to be considerably higher. TPG pay considerably lower than some other companies for the same positions.

I like that there are regular pay reviews so that you don't need to approach and ask for a raise. It is quite structured.

Yearly forum where everyone in the company gets together for a weekend and socialises together. I haven't heard of other companies that do this, and think it's a great way to bond with the team.
