Training & Personal Development at The Property Group

Training and development is very structured and supported. Expectations are clear

The grad programme was pretty good at giving an overview of the company and provided lots of training sessions on different areas of the company so that we got the whole picture and where we fit in. Personally, my manager was amazing at teaching the technical skills for the job, but they did not receive much people manager training and as it was their first time as a people manager, they were just figuring it out on the go (and definitely missed a few opportunities because of it).

Good skill training

Very good training, everyone was willing to answer questions, and no question was viewed as a dumb one.

Informal training systems are a WIP however, I appreciate the effort and its moving in the right direction. Informal training for me has been excellent.

TPG takes time to train everyone in the company, with refreshers for the veterans and lots for beginners.

Everything was setup up and ready for me the start.
