Friendly and approachable

The managers I have had have always been in my corner and ready to back me up. However, as previously mentioned, have not always had adequate training to be an effective manager in terms of the admin/people managing stuff.

Good - we get a mentor on top of a manager.

My manager is great, offering open communication being transparent about all things related to my job, there for me on a personal level as well. I have just joined that mentorship program and are eager to get involved to grow and learn as much as I can. Regular catchups to provide performance related feedback, praise and recognition.

I am very satisfied with my managers, both people manager and work manager. Communication is transparent and open, and there is no hierarchy.
