Working Hours at The Property Group

Company is very flexible with hours. I work 32/week and can move them around. Works on a trust model

The company is relatively flexible when it comes to work hours i.e. some people come in at 7 and leave at 3.30/4, others in at 9 and leave later etc. I tend to end up staying longer than normal working hours due to the distractibility of the office space and pressure to meet chargeable hours.

40 hours - some flexibility to work from home.

I work full time, however due to chargeable expectation around my utilisation I end up working extra hours and staying late to be considered as working hard and efficient while still learning and new to the business.

Hours are flexible and there is no set time I need to be in the office by.

Depending on your office and workload, 'office hours' are pretty flexible. I come in around 7.30am and leave around 4.30pm.

Pretty flexible. However, they prefer graduates to be in office so that they get experience.
