TPG are inclusive yet are a relatively 'white' company and it's hard to propose te reo initiatives/te reo is not used or encouraged nearly as much as it should be. There are no same sex parental policies/maternity and paternity leave - we shouldn't have to wait for that to be an issue before it's thought about.

There are company policies in place for maternity leave and company diversity. There is a good percentage of women in upper management, and the total workplace is evenly split between women and men.
